Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy;
All bullets will ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail flat rate. This is a single flat rate for up to 70 pounds. Single packages ship in a small flat rate box. The small flat rate box does not leave room for packing material but it saves $7.00 in shipping costs. Any combination of up to 4 packages of bullets, in the quantities they are packaged, will fit in a medium Priority Mail Flat Rate box. Some combinations will be heavier than others but all will be less than 70 pounds. Yes in some packages we probably could fit more bullets but common sense tells us that these packages are difficult to handle; both for the Postal Service and some of our customers as well. If you want bulk packaging of a single style of bullet and you want the box stuffed full check out our bulk option.
You will notice we have taken extra steps to package your bullets to be damage free when they get to you regardless of the handling in route. Most important is you receive your order damage free! We all work hard for our money and appreciate the fact you have trusted us to provide bullets to you. It is our responsibility to take all reasonable precautions to make sure we meet your expectations to deliver a quality product.
Returns and Refunds;
We want all customers to be satisfied with our products. We will refund 100% of the purchase price and shipping costs if we ship you a product that is defective in material or workmanship. We reserve the sole right to determine if there are defects in material and workmanship.
If we ship you a product you didn’t order we will ship you the correct product at no cost to you. We may or may not require you to ship the incorrect product back to us at our cost. If you goofed up and ordered the wrong product drop us a line and we will work with you! If your gun doesn’t like the bullets or you don’t like the bullets let us know, we will work with you to resolve the issue too. We want happy customers and will do everything we deem reasonable to resolve whatever problem you are having.
DO NOT ship products back to us without authorization from Central Plains Enterprises, LLC. All products must be properly packaged when being returned. All products being returned must be accompanied by a statement stating the reason(s) for the return.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
