This is a lighter weight bullet designed for Cowboy Action shooting. It has two crimp grooves to allow the reloader to establish the correct overall length. The wide meplat will cut a large hole if you choose this for your hunting bullet, cast out of 2% tin, 6% antimony and 92% lead the shooter should expect very little expansion. It will pass thru easily on even large game unless it hits a bone. It has a beveled base which is allows for easier seating. This bullet is sized at .458 and has a crimp groove.
